of mustard oil

of ginger paste

tbsp
of red chili powder

Instructions
Clean the fish and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt for 10-15 minutes.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until they turn golden brown. Remove the fish from the pan and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced bamboo shoots and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the drumstick leaves and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fried fish to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
