Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Spread cornflour on a plate.
Take each chicken piece and roll it in the cornflour until coated evenly.
Shake off any excess cornflour and carefully drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil.
Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chicken from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of red chili powder to suit your taste preferences.
