ripe bananas

grated coconut

jaggery
or more, as per taste

cardamom powder

baking powder
Oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, and baking powder to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium heat.
Using a spoon or your hands, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with tea or coffee.
