Grilled Oysters with Garlic and Lemon Butter Sauce
This recipe is for Grilled Oysters with Garlic and Lemon Butter Sauce. The oysters are shucked, topped with a garlic butter sauce, and grilled for 5-7 minutes until the edges start to curl and the butter is bubbling. The oysters are served with mixed greens. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Shuck oysters and discard the top shell. Place oysters in a shallow baking dish.
Spoon the garlic butter sauce over each oyster.
Place oysters on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes until the edges start to curl and the butter is bubbling.
Remove from grill and serve immediately with mixed greens.
