Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat until the tomatoes turn mushy and the chicken is cooked.
Add the chopped banana flower and green chilies and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
