In a large bowl, mix together the rice flour, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add the water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
Scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin circular cake.
Cook the cake on both sides until it turns light golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cakes.
Serve the rice cakes hot as an offering or as a snack.
Notes
Rice Cakes can be made either by using salt or sugar as per the desired taste. It is a great option which is very often as a go to snack in Assam with a cup of delicious Assam Tea.
