Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, grated coconut, melted gur, and salt.
Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into small, round balls.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the Laru balls until golden brown on all sides.
Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Notes
You can also add cardamom powder or sesame seeds to the mixture for extra flavor.
