Coconut Flour Flatbread (Zone Diet Friendly)
Equipment
- 1 non-stick skillet
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the egg whites, olive oil, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the dough into small balls, then flatten them into circles about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cook the naan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
