  • Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles or squares.
  • Cut the circles/squares into diamond shapes using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Once the oil is hot, add a few diamond-shaped pieces of dough and fry them until they turn golden brown.
  • Drain them on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
  • Repeat the frying process with the remaining dough pieces.
