How to Make Delicious Snack from Gram Flour?

You can make a quick and delicious snack from nothing but two ingredients at home, all you need is Gram Flour / Besan and Potatoes. Here is an easy Gram Flour recipe to make yourself this crispy delight for that Monsoon Chai Time.

Gram Flour Fritter

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, gram flour, cilantro, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
