- 1 Deep Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh bamboo shoots boiled and diced
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and green chilies. Saute until the onion turns translucent.
- Add the boiled and diced bamboo shoots to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
