Assamese Muri Cereal for A Healthy and Energetic Baby

- Take a cup of Puffed Rice, half cup Chana Daal, 1 cardamom into a mixer grinder and grind them to a powder.
- Store the powder into an airtight container. You can simply add this mixture to hot milk for a healthy meal or it can also be added to khichdi preparation in place of Rice and Dal.
