Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bunch Xutuli Leaves
  • 1 pc Onion Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 pc Tomato Chopped
  • 1 pc Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 pcs Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarso)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the mustard seeds, dried red chilies, and cumin seeds, and cook until they start to crackle.
  • Add the onion, garlic, green chili, and tomato and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Add the chopped xutuli leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan.
  • Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the xutuli leaves are tender.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti, along with fish or meat of your choice.
