- 500 grams boneless chicken
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Spread cornflour on a plate.
- Take each chicken piece and roll it in the cornflour until coated evenly.
- Shake off any excess cornflour and carefully drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil.
