Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm pork cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons fat from a pig’s head
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add pork cubes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add onion, garlic, green chillies, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add fat from a pig’s head and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add cilantro and stir.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
