- 1/2 cup Pointy Gourd (parwal) Chopped
- 1/2 cup Colocasia (arbi/Kochu) Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 pcs Red Chillies Dried
- 2 tbsp Refined Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Water as Required

- Soak the sun-dried banana peels in water for 30 minutes to rehydrate them.
- In a large pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When the seeds start to crackle, add the red chilies.
